Taking my DJI Mavic Mini Drone with me on my journeys around the world is a wonderful hobby. The photos made from a birds point of view, show all the places in the world from a new perspective.
It also allows for all kinds of interesting engagements with locals, especially police and other authorities. If you are not sure if you are allowed to fly with a drone at a certain place, its better to ask. The worst that can happen is, that they say no.
When I wanted to fly in Napoli (2 images), I just asked the local military guard on that square if I could fly with my drone. I was very surprised when they said yes 🙂
